We're a small team that moves across every medium. We hire people who are good at their craft, curious outside it, and committed to doing work that actually holds up.

You'll own the visual language of every project that leaves our studio — from brand identity systems and print collateral to environmental graphics and campaign layouts. We need someone who can move between brief and final file without hand-holding, and who has strong opinions about type, grid, and craft.
Responsibilities
- —Develop brand identity systems from concept through production-ready files
- —Design print and digital collateral across a wide range of clients and industries
- —Collaborate with the photography and video teams to ensure visual consistency
- —Manage file preparation, pre-press, and vendor coordination for print runs
Requirements
- —3+ years in a design studio or agency environment
- —Expert-level Adobe CC (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
- —Strong typographic sensibility and attention to detail
- —Experience with print production and pre-press workflows
You'll work alongside our lead cinematographer on brand films, commercial shoots, and documentary-style projects. This role is built for someone who knows their way around a camera, takes direction well, and is hungry to grow into lead work. You'll handle everything from gear prep and lighting to b-roll capture and on-set coordination.
Responsibilities
- —Assist with camera operation, lighting setup, and on-set logistics
- —Capture b-roll footage independently on location
- —Manage and organize media cards, hard drives, and project asset libraries
- —Support editing and post-production workflows when needed
Requirements
- —1–3 years on-set experience in video production
- —Comfortable operating Sony or RED camera systems
- —Basic proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
- —Reliable, organized, and able to stay calm under tight turnarounds
We build most of our web work in Next.js and ship to clients who care about performance, craft, and longevity. You'll translate our design team's Figma files into production-quality code, contribute to internal tooling, and help maintain a growing portfolio of client sites. Strong opinions on architecture welcome.
Responsibilities
- —Build and maintain client websites in Next.js (App Router)
- —Implement pixel-accurate designs from Figma with clean, maintainable code
- —Optimize for performance, accessibility, and Core Web Vitals
- —Collaborate with designers to flag constraints early and find smart solutions
Requirements
- —2+ years building production sites with React or Next.js
- —Solid understanding of CSS — layouts, animation, and responsive design
- —Familiarity with Vercel, Git workflows, and headless CMS integrations
- —Eye for design and ability to catch visual inconsistencies before they ship
