Nomad Studio ("we", "us", "our") is a multidisciplinary creative agency based in Washington DC. Our website is bynomad.studio.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect when you visit our site or contact us, how we use it, and your rights over it.

Contact form. When you submit a project inquiry we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, project type, timeline, and any description you provide. This information is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

Usage data. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site. This collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, device type, and approximate location (country/city level). No personally identifiable information is sent to Google Analytics.

Proposal access. When a client accesses a proposal we log the timestamp, approximate IP address (partially masked), country, device type, and browser. This is used only for security monitoring and access auditing.

Cookies. Google Analytics places cookies on your device to distinguish returning visitors. We do not use any advertising or tracking cookies beyond this.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

— Responding to project inquiries and communicating with potential clients.

— Improving the site experience by understanding how visitors navigate it.

— Monitoring proposal access for security and client engagement purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to measure site performance. Google may process data outside your country. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by enabling Do Not Track in your browser.

Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to manage the client relationship, and deleted when no longer needed.

Proposal access logs are retained for up to 12 months and can be deleted upon request.

Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google's default retention setting.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. You may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@bynomad.studio. We will respond within 30 days.

Our site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has submitted data to us, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
