Proposals delivered through this site are confidential and intended solely for the named recipient. You may not share, forward, reproduce, or disclose the contents of a proposal to any third party without our written consent.

Access codes are personal and non-transferable. If you believe your access code has been compromised, contact us immediately.

Proposals have an expiry date. Expired proposals are no longer valid and do not constitute an active offer.

Submitting a project inquiry through our contact form does not constitute a contract, binding agreement, or guarantee of services. An engagement only begins when both parties have signed a written agreement.

We reserve the right to decline any inquiry at our discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

This site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nomad Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — this site or its content.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the site shall not exceed $100 USD.
